Lovingly renovated in 2017, the 5-bedroom authentic Tuscan main house welcomes its guests to curl up in front of its beautiful fireplace in the winter, or relax in the crystalline swimming pool in the summer. The interiors offer a maze-like succession of open and intimate spaces, including a traditional Tuscan kitchen, with twin hand-carved wood and wrought iron chandeliers hanging over two custom made dining tables, and a rough-hewn kitchen fireplace. Outside, a pergola-covered dining area and stone grill offer the ideal spot for barbecues, private get-togethers, and celebrations.

Both bedrooms are adjacent to living room.
Immersed in historic charm and romance, the guest house is situated just a few steps from the main house. Guests are welcomed with a wonderfully decorated open living room and dining room complete with an original stone backdrop, a fully equipped custom chef kitchen featuring Bardiglio grey Italian marble countertops and kitchen island, and pergola-covered al fresco dining area with a large travertine table that seats up to 14 guests and Ofyr grill. There is also a laundry room with adjacent guest bathroom and access to the pool.
On the upper level, both bedrooms boast fabulous countryside views and large en-suite bathrooms with Roman double showers. Master suite 6: double-height ceilings, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double sink, and large double Roman shower. Guest suite 7: wide panoramic windows with lovely views, Olympic queen bed, en-suite bathroom with double sink, and large double Roman shower. The real pleasure at the guest house is in its outdoor spaces. Take in an afternoon soaking up the sun around the swimming pool or engage in a friendly match of bocce ball.
